1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inverra's business management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Inverra provides a comprehensive business management platform that includes invoicing, inventory management, shipping, marketing automation, customer management, and accounting features. The Service is designed for businesses and professional use.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your organization
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Plans and Pricing

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Your Data and Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to your data and content. We do not claim ownership of any data you input into the Service.

6.2 License to Use

You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.3 Data Backup

While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Inverra and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (PEPPOL networks, shipping carriers, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inverra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Inverra harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations
  • Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days
  • After 30 days, we may delete your data

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
